Word on the street (via canada.com) is that when Jimmy Fallon takes over the reins of Late Night tonight, tech releases may be an integral part of the show–specifically gaming. Fallon has always struck me as a bit of a tech nerd between vlogging his journey to Late Night, actively Twittering etc. It seems as if Fallon has a vested interest in this and wants it to be part of the show rather than this simply being a ploy by NBC to attract a new audience. Let’s hope that’s right. Gaming looks to be to play a large role in this, with game releases getting similar coverage to movie premiers. I think this is a cool idea, but I wonder how many original/awesome games we’ll be seeing, as videogaming has evolved into more of an entertainment pillar than a niche hobby. What does Fallon have to say about all this? Just what games to I predict we’ll end up seeing? Hit the jump for more.
